Booking policy.

Please be aware of our booking policies prior to booking your appointment with Aceso Aesthetics, by booking you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our booking policy.

Bookings

A deposit is required for all new clients and all bookings made online, once paid the booking is confirmed. For existing clients, bookings can be made in clinic and once made in person are confirmed in clinic. For bookings made in clinic will also be notified via email and text message to make payment of deposit. Please note that all bookings are scheduled to ensure the efficient operation of the business, Aceso Aesthetics may contact you to adjust your booking time accordingly. All prices are subject to change without notice. Aceso Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason.

Deposits

To book with Aceso Aesthetics we require a deposit or retainer to secure your appointment for all online bookings and all new clients.
The deposit/retainer/booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and is required to secure your new client and/or online appointment; no deposit/booking fee will result in no appointment. Your credit card details are stored securely on our ‘Fresha’ hosted booking system when booking your appointment. (As per Fresha privacy policy.)

Cancellations

Cancellations outside the 48 hour window will result in your deposit being kept. If no deposit has been paid we reserve the right to charge your nominated saved card with a cancellation fee to the value of the required deposit.
Cancellations inside the 48 hour window to your appointment will result in 50% of the treatment price being charged regardless of notice or reasoning.

Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule your appointment with 48 hours notice given.
Please note to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment your deposit will be forfeited/kept.

No Shows / Late

We ask that you please arrive on time or up to 5 minutes early for your appointment. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late to their appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment cost as we are strictly via appointment and are not able to fill the time slot at such late notice.
We also may not have the time to complete your treatment if you are late, as this can throw off an entire day of appointments and result in negatively impacting other clients with bookings that day.

No shows are not permitted and not showing up to your appointment will result in potentially not being able to book with us again Clients whom do not show up for an appointment, will be charged 100% of the missed treatment cost, as we are strictly via appointment and are not able to fill the time slot which was held for you. Please do your best to show up early/on time or at least let us know if you are unable to make you appointment as a courtesy.

Refunds

There are no refunds on services rendered.

Health & Safety

Due to health and safety regulations, only the staff and the client are allowed in the room.
We ask that you attend your appointment alone. In cases where you would like to bring along another person, please notify Aceso Aesthetics in advance. Showing up with other guests may result in the cancellation of your appointment and will be charged as a no show.

Quotes & Price Changes

All prices are subject to change without notice. Aceso Aesthetics reserves the right to make changes to our price list at any time, with the exception of confirmed bookings with the deposit paid.
Prices (provided by way of a Quote, Website, Text Message, Phone, Instagram Direct Message, Facebook Messenger, or our Price List) are subject to change to the prices in effect at the time of treatment. Aceso Aesthetics reserves the right to make any corrections to prices quoted due to errors or errors of omission (including without limitation to the incorrect assessment and quotation of the required treatment area via photo or video including email, message, social media and/or call - as an in person assessment provides more accurate assessment of the treatment area requirements. In the event of any specific requirements being deemed necessary and/or recommended (including without limitation any design, technique, modality, an extensive correction of previous tattoo) representing a price increase, these specific requirements and treatment recommendations will be discussed with the client prior to commencing treatment on the day. The price increase for the specific requirements and treatment recommendations will reflect to our most recent price list advertised.

For clinical facials requiring consultation, assessment and recommendation for treatment as with both the ‘Aceso Customised Facial’ and ‘Aceso Introductory Facial’ which do not have a set advertised price (with pricing ‘from’) or when client has booked a treatment which is deemed unsuitable upon an in person consultation and assessment of clients skin. Educated treatment recommendations and specific requirements pertaining to a quote and/or representing a price increase will be discussed with the client prior to treatment (including without limitation any service, modality, products, advanced treatments, medical grade peels or any recommended treatment). Where representing a quote or price increase for the specific requirements and treatment recommendations, the price will reflect the cost of treatment and the value of treatment agreed upon on the day.

Covid

COVID related cancellations will unfortunately still forfeit the deposit paid as per the standard policy.
Although we understand these cancellations are out of your control, please understand how cancellations affect our business and paying our staff for their time whether you do or don't show up.
