Clients
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to your appointment to complete a new client form.
Please follow any and all pre-treatment information and instructions emailed to your prior to your appointment.
Bookings
All bookings must be confirmed and deposit paid to secure your appointment.
A reminder text and/or email is sent out to you 2 days prior.
Payment
Aceso Aesthetics accepted Visa, Mastercared and Cash Payments.
We also offer After Pay and Zip Pay payment options in clinic - Please note there is a small Admin Fee for these payments.
Late arrivals
Although we do try our best, we unfortunately cannot always accommodate late arrivals. Late arrivals past 10 minutes, where possible we will offer the next available appointment time. If you are driving, please allow more than adequate time for traffic and parking. (Best Parking and access to the clinic is from Monmouth Street.)

Children and Pet policy
For the safety of children and pets and the comfort of all our clients attending the salon, it is our salon policy that children and pets are unable to attend appointments with you. We may politely ask you to reschedule your appointment if we see this as a safety or comfort hazard for other clients and staff.
Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if they are having a treatment done.
Electronics policy
We kindly ask that you limit the use of your phone and other electronic devices during your service so there is minimal distractions to our artists. If you do need to make a call, please step outside. Please note that we cannot accomodate time for phone calls/ photos and the like and this will cut into your treatment time. If you would like to take photos please do so after your treatment.
Refusal policy
We have the right to refuse services if we feel it is within the best interests of the client, staff and the business.
